Veggie Sandwiches with Garlic spread and Mayo on Homemade Whole Grain Bread includes following but not limited to
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Baby spinach
Avocado
Sprouts (homegrown)
Peppers
Carrots

Red onions

Served with apple slices and or blue flax corn chips

Snack
Medjool dates
Orange slices
Raw Nuts

Dinner
Chicken Sausage Minestrone Soup (very easy to make)
Homemade spelt quick dinner rolls
Baby Spinach Salad with cucumbers, carrots, croutons and homemade Ranch Dressing
